The procurement departments of the University Medical Centers of the Netherlands (NFU) chooses to no longer use Excel source documents. They ask their suppliers to publish product data using the international Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN).
NFU GLNs
When you are publishing your product data, please make sure to include the Global Location Numbers (GLNs) below. Always include GLN 8712345013257 (GS1 Netherlands Healthcare). Eventually, this will allow you to reach all your customers and publishing to separate GLNs will no longer be necessary.

If your products are included in the Medical Device Class III/IIb Inclusion list (attachment 4 of the ‘Agreements on unique coding medical devices (ADC))’, then from 2019 it is legally required to register product data with the Dutch Implant Registry. Please use GLN: 8718734080008. Also share your GLN with the Dutch Implant Registry, they need this to create a subscription and receive your data. Send an email to info.lir@minvws.nl.

Once you start publishing, please make sure you inform your customers about your GLN that is registered onto the GDSN, so your customers can activate a subscription to your GLN and receive product data.
